2010 MEMBERSHIP RATES & INFORMATION

We offer a variety of memberships at different prices.  They are as follows:

1.  A family membership fee is $529.  This price is for a family of any size (up to 2 adults and children living in the same home). This will give you access to the pool and the grounds 7 days a week.  For extra adults living in your home there is an additional fee if $100.

2.  After 5 pm membership fees are $225.  This membership will give you access to the pool and the grounds 7 days a week, after 5pm obviously.

3.  Single Memberships are $275.  This is for adults only.

4.  Gold Memberships are $175.  This is for those individuals (couples only) that have been members for more than 10 years with no children under the age of 18.  The membership DOES NOT extend membership to the member's children over 18 years of age.

5. We now offer Senior Memberships for $65 for the season.  These are for guests 65 years of age and up.

6.  August memberships are $175 for the month of August only.  They are for families that have NEVER been a member of our swim club in the past are a one time offer.

7.  Babysitter/Grandparent memberships are $100.  The individual must be present with the member that they are babysitting.

2010 HOURS OF OPERATION

The Tarnsfield Swim Club will officially open on Saturday May 29, 2010 at 11:30 am. During our opening weekend, the club hours are Saturday from 11:30-7:00 and Sunday and Monday from 11:30 am–6 pm.  We will only be open on the weekends until June 20, 2010 (Saturdays 11:30am-7:00pm and Sundays 11:30am-6pm).  On June 28, 2010 we will be open 7 days a week.  Our hours during the regular season are 11:30am-8:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and 11:30am-9:00pm Thursday and Saturday.  The Tarnsfield Swim Club will remain open until Monday, September 6, 2010 – Labor Day.

CLUB FACILITIES

We are proud of our renovated 25 yard, 6 lane pool, that has a deep area, and roped off 3 foot section for the kids.  We also have a gated baby pool, with new toddler playground equipment in this area as well.  In addition, we have recently put in brand new playground equipment for kids ages 5-12. We also have recently extended our pavilion area which houses ping-pong tables, and picnic tables.  We also offer a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, and a large area in the back for the kids to play soccer, wiffle ball or to just run around.

We have several grills, so you can bring your own food to prepare, or if you don’t feel like cooking we also have a snack bar.  Our snack bar offers everything from ice cream treats, candy, Gatorade, juice boxes, sodas, bottled water, to pizza (provided from the local pizzeria), and other assorted snack foods.  All items are very reasonably priced!

SWIM TEAM AND SWIM LESSONS

The Tarnsfield Swim Club is the proud host of the Tarnsfield Torpedoes Swim Team,  under the direction of Coaches Dana Capelli and Amy Gersbach.  The Swim Team is open to anyone between the ages of 5-18.  Our team is part of the Suburban Swimming League, which is comprised of 18 teams.  Swim Team will be starting practices on Tuesday June ^,  after school and will continue as such Monday through Friday until the Westampton Schools are out.  The cost of joining the Swim Team is $80 for the first swimmer, $70 for the second, $60 for the third, and $50 for the fourth.  Check the swim team site for updated information.  This is in addition to your club membership dues.

Swim lessons are open both to members and non-members, for children ages 3 (must be potty-trained, no swimmie diapers allowed in main pool) and up.  The price for members were is $65 per child, and $80 for non-members.  Check the lessons page for more information. Private lessons will also be available.

GUEST PASSES

Monday through Friday: $5
Saturday and Sunday: $7  
10 guest passes for $40 (can be used any day of the week)

SUMMER DAY CAMPS

DIAPER POLICY

All children must be potty trained to use the main pool, this means no swimmie diapers.  Children who are still wearing swimmie diapers need to remain in the baby pool. 

MISCELLANEOUS

Children ages 10 to 14 may stay at the pool un-chaperoned until 5:30 pm, ONLY if they have a signed permission slip on file from their parents stating that this is allowed.  At 5:30 pm all children under the age of 15 that are un-chaperoned will be asked to leave the pool.

Members must be at least 13 years of age to sign a guest in at the pool AND if they are 13-17 years of age they must have a permission form signed by their parents on file to sign guests in. 

Children’s parties and after hours party requests may be made to our manager on duty during the season.  If you have a date in mind that you want to request during the off-season, email us with your request at managers@tarnsfieldswimclub.com .

You are welcome to bring your own sports equipment, inflatable pool toys, and the like to our club. The Tarnsfield Swim Club is open to anyone from any town!  We are a family oriented club with a great community feeling and we look forward to greeting new members!
